Debra was our on-site Assistant Building Manager when we started at Altair in 2002 and was responsible for developing and implementing all of the concierge procedures. She worked with the concierge staff to provide guidance and training when the Owners’ Corporation assumed direct employment of the concierge staff. The procedures that she implemented have proven the test of time and are still in use today. Debra provides reliable and professional staff on occasions when temporary concierge staff is required. Debra delivers an honest and efficient hands-on concierge service with a dedicated tenacity that makes her service second-to-none.’

Debra Francis – Director
With over 16 years’ experience in building management and concierge services, Debra Francis had held positions with Francis Management Building Services (FMBS) as Senior Operations Manager and the on-site Building Manager at Observatory Tower. Debra’s role at FMBS included writing and implementing concierge procedures for some of Sydney’s most prestigious apartment buildings including: Highgate Apartments, 127 Kent Street Sydney; Observatory Tower, 168 Kent St, Sydney; Encore, 21 Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay; Kincoppal, 93 Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay; Altair Apartments, 3 Kings Cross Road, Rushcutters Bay.
Debra holds a Certificate IV (with Distinction) in Business Administration and Property Management. She is a member of the Building Services Contractors Association of Australia Inc. and holds a Master Security Licence issued under the NSW Police Security Industry
Act 1997.
